Sacristans

The sacristan arranges the Book of the Gospels and Lectionary needed for the celebration, marking all of the divisions.



He or she lays out anything else needed for the celebration, such as cruets, chalices, ciboria, and purificators.

The sacristan will also help to ensure ministries are filled for the Mass.

 There are other duties as assigned.
